ClubRank connects golfers for 1v1 competitive matches and facilitates tee time bookings at partnered golf courses. While we strive to provide accurate and reliable matchmaking, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes or availability.

4. Account Registration and Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

  • You are liable for all activity under your account.

5. Booking and Payments

  • Pre-Payments: All bookings through ClubRank require upfront payment, which includes any applicable discounts.

  • Non-Refundable: Tee time payments are non-refundable unless the course is unable to honor the booking.

  • Course Policies: By booking, you agree to abide by the policies of the assigned golf course, including cancellation policies and on-site rules.

6. Fair Play and Match Integrity

  • Players must ensure accurate score submission for each match. Any disputes will be reviewed, and we reserve the right to adjust rankings or take disciplinary action if foul play is detected.

  • Matches are assigned randomly based on skill level, availability, and location. Specific opponents or courses cannot be chosen.

7. User Conduct

By using ClubRank, you agree to:

  • Respect other players, course staff, and rules during matches.

  • Avoid any behavior that disrupts fair play or violates course regulations.

  • Refrain from misuse of the app, including attempts to manipulate rankings or falsify scores.

Failure to comply may result in suspension or termination of your account.

8. Partner Golf Courses

  • Partner courses retain the right to enforce their rules and deny entry to individuals who violate them.

  • ClubRank is not liable for any disputes between players and golf courses.

9. Intellectual Property

  • All content, logos, and trademarks related to ClubRank are the property of ClubRank Inc.

  • You may not copy, distribute, or modify any content without prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

ClubRank is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We are not liable for:

  • Errors or interruptions in the app’s performance.

  • Injuries, damages, or losses during matches or while on a golf course.

  • Delays, cancellations, or disputes related to bookings.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ClubRank disclaims all warranties, express or implied.

11. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms or misuse of our services.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting within the app or website. Continued use of ClubRank signifies your acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes will be resolved under the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Ontario.
